Why conventional education isn't always suitable

Although I went to university and got my degree, my formal education had little impact on my career path—and in some ways, it may have even delayed it.

As a business owner, I find that the skills I rely on and seek in my team members aren’t taught in schools. This is an area that, in my opinion, urgently needs reform.
